Designed for everyday wear, our jewelry is suitable for sensitive skin. We prioritize nickel-free materials, rigorously selected for your comfort.
To preserve the brilliance and symbolism of your La Corne Italienne jewelry:
- Avoid prolonged contact with water, chlorine, perfume, and cosmetics
- Put on your jewelry after applying perfume or makeup
- Remove it before sleeping, exercising, or swimming
- Store it in a dry place, away from humidity and light
👉 A simple soft cloth is sufficient to regularly restore its shine.
Please note:
Each cornicello is a symbol steeped in history and deserves special attention.
- Silver can naturally oxidize over time: this phenomenon is normal and can be easily corrected with appropriate cleaning
- Plated finishes may evolve slightly: this is part of the jewelry's life
- Decorative elements must be protected from water to preserve their shine

We recommend taking a piece of sewing thread. Wrap it around your wrist, then measure the length obtained with a ruler to find your wrist size. Then we advise you to add between 1 and 1.5 cm for a comfortable bracelet.
Example: If your wrist size is 17 cm, choose a bracelet between 18 and 18.5 cm.
Finally, don't worry, apart from a few creations, most of our bracelets are adjustable thanks to an extension chain.
Yes. Our jewelry is nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin, for optimal comfort every day.
🔁 Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your jewelry to change your mind and request an exchange or a refund, with complete peace of mind and no justification required.
💎 Return Conditions
To preserve the integrity and quality of our creations, returned jewelry must be:
- New, unworn, and unused
- Accompanied by its original case, intact and well-maintained
Because each piece is precious, we cannot accept returns of:
- Damaged jewelry
- Jewelry that has already been worn

🚚 Returning your jewelry
Returns should be sent to the following address:

We kindly ask you to carefully protect your jewelry, in its original case or in a suitable envelope, to ensure safe transport.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Once your return is validated:
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method
- It will appear in your account within up to 14 days
You will be informed at each step, with all the attention you deserve
All our jewelry comes with a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use of the jewelry.
✨ A well-maintained piece of jewelry is designed to last — defects are rare, but we are here if needed.
Any deterioration resulting from improper use may incur repair charges.
To ensure full transparency, the warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use or poor maintenance
(shocks, pressure, crushing, contact with corrosive products, etc.) - The loss or theft of the jewel or pendant
- Natural wear and tear over time
Your jewelry is damaged and you believe it is covered by the warranty. How do you initiate an after-sales service request?

⏱️ Processing Time
Upon receipt of your jewelry, the average processing time is:

🚚 Deliveries
Depending on the delivery service you choose, delivery times will vary. For example, for Colissimo delivery, it will take 48 hours. For delivery to a Relay Point, delivery will be effective within 3 to 5 days.

When confirming your order, simply select your delivery country from the list provided.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. You will then be able to track the delivery of your order using this number. To see updates, simply go to the carrier's link and enter the provided tracking number.
We advise you to check your Spam folder, as this email often ends up in junk mail.
Before doing anything else, we invite you to check the following:
1. The shipping date of your order
Your order is shipped when you receive an email with a tracking number.
For your information, carriers pick up packages from our warehouses from Monday to Friday around 4 PM.
2. Your tracking number
When carriers scan your package, you are informed of its progress.
You will then see if there is a delay or other potential problems encountered during delivery. Tracking numbers may take 1 to 2 business days to update by delivery services after leaving our warehouses.

Sometimes, tracking information is updated too early, and your package may be delivered to your mailbox a bit later. Therefore, we ask you to wait 6 business days to ensure it is not a delivery delay.
We also encourage you to check with your neighbors to ensure the package was not delivered to the wrong mailbox.

If you do not receive an order and payment confirmation email, please check the status of your order directly from your customer account:
If its status appears as "cancelled", the order/payment was not successful.
If no order appears, no purchase was successful.
If, in either of these two cases, a bank debit appears on your account, an IT error may have occurred. You will need to send us proof of the debit by email so that we can provide you with a solution.
If the status of your order appears as "processing" or "in preparation", the order has been placed successfully. There may simply be an error in your email address that is preventing the confirmation email from being sent.
This may be due to an issue with your bank or simply because you are leaving the webpage too early during payment validation! Indeed, you must wait to be automatically redirected to our site after payment until you receive an order number.
