Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

All our jewelry comes with a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use of the jewelry.

Any deterioration resulting from improper use may incur repair costs.

To ensure full transparency, the warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to improper use or poor maintenance
  (impacts, pressure, crushing, contact with corrosive products, etc.)
• The loss or theft of the jewelry or pendant
• Natural wear and tear over time

All our creations are handmade in our workshops in Italy. Our jewelry is designed from compliant, nickel-free materials, and each piece is hallmarked to guarantee its authenticity.
